RAMIRO CARDENAS was born on January 8, 1947 and joined the Armed
Forces while in AURORA, IL.
He served as a 0311 in the Marines, Battalion 1, Regiment 3. In
1 year of service, he attained the rank of LCPL/E3. He began a tour of duty
on March 15, 1967.
On February 27, 1968, at the age of 21, RAMIRO CARDENAS perished
in the service of our country in South Vietnam, Quang Tri.
